Very friendly people and extremely helpful! Very well kept park, very clean. Daily and monthly rates are good, weekly rates seem a bit high tho. But id recommend this park at any time!

This is a great place to stay!! These guys have been so awesome helpful in making room for our Living Quarter Horsetrailer when our towing vehicle broke down with engine damage in Albuquerque! Everybody is so helpful, friendly and this KOA is the nicest and cleanest EVER!! We are also traveling with 2 dogs and they love the dog runs with obstacle course.....also there is a cool little brewery restaurant in walking distance!! Just love this RV Park and would highly recommend it.

This was an older KOA but it had lots to offer. There was a playground, dog park, Cafe, pool, hot tub, hot showers, and game room. We stayed in one of the little cabins and it was clean and they had turned the AC on for us before we arrived. My only problem is that getting into the bathroom was rather difficult. The old code system got stuck a few times and I couldn't get the door open. The staff was very friendly and it was on a quiet location. I'd stay there again.

Beware of theft. Had my locked mountain bike stolen off my trailer while staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful, place well kept, but the area around campground is not attractive and noisy. They have security cameras in part of the KOA but none showed anyone taking my very large red bike...? Staff was considerate, but had nothing to offer other than police contact number.

Stayed Oct. 17 - Nov. 1, 2017. Unsanitary and unhealthy dusty dirt dog run. Sites are narrow. Badly designed overall: the RV dump is right next to the playground. Craig, the owner, his daughter Rachel, and his work campers are very rude at times. During my 15 nights at this KOA, my wife and I expierienced and witnessed several instances when Craig, his daughter, and the work campers were simply rude to customers. I had an encounter with an intoxicated work camper (Dennis) and his wife (Debra) they harassed me for using a common area water spigot that was next to my site. They were rude and unprofessional, they could've handled the situation better. I did use the spigot in the common area next to my site, but the way they reacted was as if I had committed the crime of the century. I am a respectful adult and all they had to do was respectfully and tactfully tell me I could not use the spigot and it would've been all good. The customer service and communication with customers needs a lot of work. I would not recommend this KOA. An extended stay of 3 or more nights and you may likely experience the true colors of the rude people who work there. Led by the owner Craig, he is rude, arrogant, and he will yell at customers. The work campers appear fearful and intimidated by the bully attitudes of Craig and his daughter Rachel; therefore, it appears some of the work campers seem to follow the unprofessional and rude examples of the owner. Work campers break the rules and then try to enforce the rules upon everyone else. Dont even attempt to report that work campers are breaking the rules with open fires burning (specifically on a very windy night), producing a serious fire threat to other RV campers. The rules say open fires are not allowed, there are no fire rings, and the RV camper spaces are very close together, very narrow, and very dangerous when work campers burn fires. Stay clear of this place, move on to another campground to avoid rude and arrogant customer service. They will evict you for reporting poor customer service, rude behavior, and rule violations by Craig's work campers. Double standards are reality, and Craig is the main perpetrator. I was evicted by Craig in a very bold, very rude, very arrogant and in a very loud manner in the presence of other campers. Very unprofessional and very unfair! At least they refunded my unused monthly fee money correctly. Well almost...
