I love this place, my girlfriend recently rented a storage unit from them, we live in Placates, when one of the managers saw I was struggling to off load some of our stuff he gladly helped me out. I thought WOW! Thank you Freedom Storage management team.
I moved to New Mexico last month, called them at Freedom Storage, they were AWESOME! Friendly, and helped me out with all of my storage needs, This place is clean and secure. Coming from Utah this storage facility and its management team are Top Gun. Thank you Kurt for making my move and storage needs so smooth.
Consumer Beware these people are thieves they falsely advertise you get a free month and lock you out of your storage then they tell you to pay for 6 months and threaten to sue you if you don't pay them. They yelled at my wife and insulted my children, they kept our deposit after cleaning the unit completely and refused to give a receipt the unit was vacated clean and they said it was damaged by us. They called the police on my wife when she refused to pay for 6 months even though it was not specified in the contract. The police told them to give my wife a receipt the unit was vacated clean with no damage. These guys are very bad and will screw you for sure!
