Poor staff kitchen is very dirty
The call centre here is so rude, there is no online data for inmates and my boyfriend is in here. I called from another country and asked for his inmate ID, then after I asked I wanted to confirm if it was him by asking for his birthday if it's my boyfriend since his name is overused. The call centr just cut my call. And there is no way you can keep in touch with inmate if you live in another country. Only Mail which will take a month or more to reach there. You can't have pre-paid phone if your number isn't in USA.
