Simply unprofessional and incompetent
While I actually do like the doctors that practice there, I do not like the fact that getting any kind of appointment there is next to impossible. Earlier this year I thought what I had was the flu and couldn't get an appointment, I ended up in the hospital 3 days later and almost died. It would be nice to actually get see my PCP when I need minor medical help instead of having to drive all the way to an urgent care. It's very inconvenient and in my opinion very unprofessional.
The doctors and appointment and check in staff is out if this world! Where there is am issue is their billing person. She is too lazy to file for Medicare and will turn you over to collections, which then affects you credit rating. Be forewarned, if you have Medicare, one lazy person ruins it for an otherwise wonderful practice.
These people refuse to see me when I'm sick no matter how early I call to make an appointment. I asked them to refill some meds if they couldn't see me and that has been a 4+ day process and they still haven't gotten back to me. They are a joke.
Used to see Ward and Firestone. Great people, good doctors. Hartman is neither.
I will refrain from detailing my thoughts on his medical abilities because I have no medical degree. But I know patients of his who are medically trained and are very critical.
I didn't bother after that.
A year later I saw him while accompanying my wife and he expressed surprise at my weight loss. "People always say they will and never do," he said. And smirked.
I also had to give a one star just to write a review. I've been going there for about ten years, Dr. Ward And Dr. Sheri . Now when I really needed some good doctoring I was treated like trash by the last doctor( who just started) I will never go back . I guess after Dr. Firestone left the clinic can't seem to hire the right doctors.
Hartman is arrogant - and overestimates his abilities. We formed a plan during consult to improve my health. I did my part (losing weight); he never did his (following up with a prescription for Statins).
