I am a landlord that had to take my tenant to court a few times for non payment. The female judge that handled my case was the rudest most unprofessional judge I've dealt with. Not necessarily to me, but every case called before me she was awful. Hope I don't have to go back!
Had issues with a tenant. I filed a civil complaint and the clerks were very helpful in what needed to be done. I never had to go before the judge, not so far anyway, and am getting close to having the case end. Was a good experience for me.
