Horrible service.
I've been a very happy US Bank customer since 2000; in every US Bank location I have been treated with respect, dignity, and I've felt valued as a customer. I walk in the door, people call me sir, and they give care and attention to my smallest needs. I can happily say I've never felt like 'just another deposit' with US Bank. This location, however, is the exception to the rule: rude, non-engaging, uninterested and ungrateful for even a penny of my hard earned money. Tellers reflect a poor and uncommitting management that wreaks of indifference. Couldn't pay me to come back here--and if it weren't for the wonderful experiences I've had at every other US Bank, I'd probably be looking to take my money to a credit union. This location gives US Bank a bad name...
Horrible people lost my I'd and the tellers knew me wouldn't let me access my account told me to go get a new one with what I asked you have my money.
Awesome service and friendly atmosphere
I have had only one bad experience with one of there policies, otherwise very happy. I have yet to find a perfect bank, but they are very very close. And I recommend them.
